Infrastructure Development in High Schools - New Project
Drop out rate in rural areas have been increasing day by day due to non availability of required infrastructure in the existing rural government schools. Most of the parents area attracted towards private schools for want of good infrastructural facility and hygienic conditions. Drop out rate from girl children are due to non availability of toilets in the schools, rural schools children are prone to ill health due to inadequate protected drinking water facilities.
Some of the infrastructural development activities can be met in the schools from State and Central Governments. This project will be implemented with the support of education department as well as parents of school children. The localbodies support will also be taken up for better implementation of the project. The GORD will act as facilitator for implementation of the project for the sake of sustainability of the programme.

The enrolment of children will be increased , especially of girl children will be increased . The additional skills will be imbibed to the rural government school children by providing computer knowledge and skills by providing clean environment in the school campuses. The IQ will also increase among the children. Health standards also will be improved by providing protected drinking water facility and clean environment. parents can save money by not spending more for private schools.
